CHANGES Program Can Help With PG&E Bill

The California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC), Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E), and the Asian Community Center (ACC) have partnered on a new pilot program.  This program is called "CHANGES" (Community Help and Awareness with Natural Gas and Electric Services). 

The program has many components, including helping customers understand their utility bills and resolving problems to prevent a service disconnection.  There are also educational workshops on energy conservation and energy assistance programs.
