Oct. 31st Halloween Carnival at Rizal Center

Come out to the Rizal Community Center on Friday, October 31, 2014, between 5:30 pm and 8:00 pm for the annual Halloween Carnival. Southgate Recreation & Park District offers this fun and safe environment for kids to do their trick-or-treating.

Cost is $5 per child and each admission includes entry into the candy walk, haunted house, photo booth, games and arts & crafts.
