Indian Lane home construction starts in June!
This is Sacramento Habitat for Humanity’s largest and most ambitious home development project to date and has been more than 6 years in the making.
The transit-oriented development (TOD) is located across from the Florin Road Light Rail Station. It will feature 14 single family, 3 and 4-bedroom homes. These two-story homes will all be LEED-certified and sold at 0% interest to qualified partner families.

Family Homeowner Orientations will be held at Sacramento Habitat for Humanity, 819 North 10th Street, Sacramento on the following dates: Monday, April 15, 2013 from 5:30-6:30 pm; Saturday, May 4, 2013 from 10:00-11:00 am; and Monday, June 17, 2013 from 5:30-6:30 pm.
