Annual Museum Day Features SOJO Museum

Saturday, February 1, 2014 is Sacramento’s Annual Museum Day. The Sojourner Truth Multicultural Arts Museum has great things planned for you & your family from 10 am-5 pm at 2251 Florin Rd #126, Sacramento (near 24th St.) There will be a tour of the museum’s many murals, a poetry reading, artist lectures, African dance exhibitions, film screenings, jazz performances, and more. Food will be available for purchase.

Attend the Sacramento Youth Commission Meetings and earn community service hours! Meeting dates in 2014 are:

February 3 and 24

March 3 and 17

April 7 and 21

May 5 and 19

June 2 and 16


Meetings start at 6 pm in the Historic City Hall, 2nd Floor Hearing Room, 915 "I" St., Sacramento.
