Board of Directors Vacancy

• Do you want to become more involved in the Florin Road community?
• Do you want to help local schools and aspiring students?
• Do you want to meet other residents & business people who share your interests?

Then consider joining our board of directors!  We're looking for a local resident, age 18 or older, from the ZIP codes of 95822, 95823, 95828, or 95832.  Duties include planning our annual fundraiser, selecting scholarship recipients, and approving grants to K-12 schools and nonprofits.

Meetings are held 3 to 4 times per year on Thursdays from 12:30 pm to 2:00 pm at our office in south Sacramento, California.  The meetings are casual and a complimentary lunch is provided.  The total annual time commitment is approximately 10 to 12 hours.  This is an unpaid, volunteer position.
